Xtane 25 mg contains exemestane, a hormonal anticancer medicine used to treat hormone-sensitive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It reduces oestrogen production by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme, helping slow the growth of cancers that depend on this hormone
