Xeljanz 5 mg contains tofacitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor used to treat certain autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Depending on the approved indication, it may be prescribed for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and ulcerative colitis.
