Neksium 20 mg contains esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to treat acid-related stomach and digestive conditions. It helps relieve gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), heartburn and acid reflux by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach
