Knilonat 150 mg contains nilotinib, a targeted anticancer medicine used to treat Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukaemia (Ph+ CML). It blocks the abnormal BCR-ABL protein responsible for uncontrolled growth of certain white blood cells, helping control the disease.
