Istamet is a combination of sitagliptin 50mg and metformin500mg. It helps managing blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. This medicne enhances insulin function and lowers liver glucose output. It usually given together with a balanced diet and regular exercise to help control blood sugar levels better.
