Carbophage XR 500®Metformin Tablets

Carbophage XR 500 contains Metformin 500 mg in an extended-release formulation. It is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus by lowering blood glucose levels. Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver and improves the body's sensitivity to insulin, helping the body use glucose more effectively
