Actilyse 50 mg contains alteplase, a clot-dissolving medicine used in hospital emergency care for eligible patients with acute ischaemic stroke, acute myocardial infarction or acute massive pulmonary embolism. It helps break down obstructive blood clots and restore circulation to affected tissues
