Overview
This policy explains how Global Enterprise packs and ships orders from India to customers worldwide.
Destinations
We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Dubai, Russia, South Africa and other international markets, subject to the import rules of each country.
Packaging
All orders are packed in India in plain outer packaging. No product names or branding appear on the outside of the parcel.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched after the quote is confirmed and any required prescription is received. Dispatch times are confirmed with each quote.
Tracking
A tracking number is shared by email or WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.
Customs and import
Buyers are responsible for knowing the import rules of their country.
Delays and lost parcels
If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, contact us with your order details and we will work with the courier to resolve it.
