The topical solution Jakauto 2% includes tofacitinib and is prescribed for eczema, which is also referred to as atopic dermatitis. The process functions by blocking Janus kinase ( JAK) pathways linked to inflammatory signalling, which helps lower skin redness, swelling, and itching.
