Carbophage G1 Forte contains Glimepiride 1 mg and Metformin 1000 mg. It is used to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Glimepiride stimulates insulin release, while metformin reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
